This Sliding Mare started life as Breyer's Micro Mini Whinnie Quarter Horse Slider Mare. She had her seams and logo removed; jaws, nostrils, heel bulbs and raised hooves carved; her ears removed, along with her forelock - which was really long; and new ears and forelock resculpted. She was then handpainted into this wonderful Dun Frame Overo Paint Mare with lots of layers, and 5-colored eyes. Yet another one of mine I wish I had kept! She sold on eBay to Terry Gibson in February of 2006. |
